The daybed is inspired by a lounge chair designed in 1930 by Mies van der Rohe and Lilly Reich, which is now housed in the Museum of Modern Art and celebrated worldwide as an illustration of craftsmanship and modern design. This particular piece dates back to the 1980s and features the beautiful finish with a firebrick-red leather mattress.
